Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we are committed to offering flexible options:
Standard Cancellations:
- Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
- Cancellations within 14 days: No refund, but booking date changes allowed up to 7 days before check-in, within 6 months of original booking.
Flight Cancellations:
- If your flight gets cancelled, notify us within 48 hours with documentation.
- We will issue a hotel credit usable within 6 months.
- Booking can also be transferred to another person.
Flight Cancellations on Check-out Day:
- We will try to accommodate extra nights based on availability.
Group Bookings:
- 5–15 rooms: 30% non-refundable, rest issued as credit for 6 months.
- 15+ rooms: 50% non-refundable, rest issued as credit for 6 months.
Guest Policies
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out requests based on availability.
- Failure to vacate may result in removal of guest and belongings.
Identification
- Valid government-issued ID (Passport, CNIC, NICOP, Temporary Residence Card) required at check-in.
Room Occupancy
- Base occupancy: 2 persons.
- Extra guests (age 10+) incur additional charges including breakfast.
Smoking
- Smoking prohibited in rooms.
- Smoking allowed only outside.
- Cleaning fee applied if violated.
Damage to Property
- Guests responsible for any damages caused.
- Replacement or repair costs charged to the guest's credit card.
Missing Items
- Non-complimentary hotel items missing from rooms will be charged.
- Item price list available at the front desk.
Internet
- Free 10 MB/s dedicated internet available.
- Internet outages due to mountainous region will not be refunded.
Maintenance Issues
- Immediate reporting required.
- If unresolved: change of room (if available), discount, or complimentary meal.
- Full refund only if room becomes unusable and guest checks out.
Noise
- Guests must respect peace and privacy.
- Disturbances may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Payment
- 100% advance payment required for booking confirmation.
- All additional charges to be paid at check-out.
- Accepted payments: major credit cards, bank transfers, cash.
Minimum Age
- Minimum age for booking/check-in: 21 years.
Safety and Security
- Surveillance cameras and security patrols in public areas.
- Guests advised to use in-room safes for valuables.
Drone Usage
- Drone flying is strictly prohibited on the property.
Weapons
- Weapons must not be carried inside hotel premises.
- Weapons must be locked in guest's personal car.
Food & Drink
- Outside food not allowed on resort premises.
- No cooking allowed inside guest rooms.
Storage
- Luggage storage available, subject to space, for up to 14 days.
- Management not responsible for loss or damage.
Reservation Policy
Full payment charged at booking time.
A valid credit card is required to reserve.
