Cancellation and Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we are committed to offering flexible options:

Standard Cancellations:

  • Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
  • Cancellations within 14 daysNo refund, but booking date changes allowed up to 7 days before check-in, within 6 months of original booking.

Flight Cancellations:

  • If your flight gets cancelled, notify us within 48 hours with documentation.
  • We will issue a hotel credit usable within 6 months.
  • Booking can also be transferred to another person.

Flight Cancellations on Check-out Day:

  • We will try to accommodate extra nights based on availability.

Group Bookings:

  • 5–15 rooms30% non-refundable, rest issued as credit for 6 months.
  • 15+ rooms50% non-refundable, rest issued as credit for 6 months.

Reservation Policy

Full payment charged at booking time.

A valid credit card is required to reserve.
